Join us for an afternoon of cheese & wine matching where you will taste through six different Italian and French varietal wines and match them to different boutique artisanal cheese from both Australia and France. There will be a selection of soft, medium and aged cheeses and you will be guided through how each of these cheeses match with the different wines… or not. By the end of the tasting, you will be tasting wine and talking about cheese like a pro!
