The Chandlery Winter Communal Dining Experience

  • The Chandlery 67 Beach Street Port Melbourne, VIC, 3207 Australia (map)

We are so excited to be collaborating with our absolute favourite Port Melbourne neighbours, The Chandlery, to launch their 2024 winter communal dining experience, a series of shared tasting dinners celebrating the incredible artisan work of local winemakers, brewers, distillers & farmer friends.

Get ready for an evening of amazing food and genuine heartfelt hospitality led by Executive Chef Daniel Livingstone and Head Chef David Rupert and their passionate kitchen team - plus Susuro Winemaker & Owner, Nikki Palun - to indulge in a 4 course, 8 dish and 8 paired drinks menu that will be enjoyed overlooking the bay in Port Melbourne.

We really love the folks at The Chandlery, headed up by the dynamic duo that is Francesa and Daniel, for so many reasons. Sometimes you meet people who are totally aligned with everything you believe in and aside from the massive thanks for helping us out this year with vintage and pressing out our final Aglianico ferment (just for the love of it), we are totally inspired by their complete commitment not to just to the local community but also to zero waste in everything they do. A lot of people talk about zero waste, but The Chandlery really do it and do it with style. Things that we normally throw away, these guys experiment with and concoct all sorts of wonders to be re-used in everything they do.

Tickets on sale now for only $130 pp including dinner & wine!
