Black cherry, blueberry with a hint of dried orange peel. Soft and velvety with wild berries and baking spice and a succulent and balanced finish.
Organically grown grapes from the Bassham vineyard in Barmera.
Hand sorted and fermented in an open vat for two weeks. Plunged and pumped over for extra skin contact with another week on skins post-ferment. Pressed and racked to barrel for maturation for 8 months before blending and bottling.
Alcohol: 13.5% alc/vol
