Dark florals, crushed blackberry, cherries and anise. Fleshy and bright with black fruits and herbaceous notes that lead to a succulently soft finish.
Organically grown grapes from the Bassham vineyard in Barmera.
Hand sorted and fermented in an open vat for two weeks. Plunged and pumped over for extra skin contact with another week on skins post-ferment. Pressed and racked to barrel for maturation for 8 months before blending and bottling. Unfined, minimal filtration and vegan friendly.
Alcohol: 13.5% alc/vol
