COCKTAIL FIT FOR A RABBIT
Prosecco and carrot juice cocktails, may just be the Easter pick me up you’re looking for…. These are like a mimosa with a rabbity twist, they’re bright, fun and oh so delicious.
6 large carrots (washed)
6 oranges (peeled)
1 x 750mL of Susuro Octopus Prosecco
Step 1. Run the carrots and oranges through a juicer to prepare the juice. If you don’t own a juicer, fear not, you should be able to find fresh juice at your local grocery store.
Step 2. Whisk the juice to prevent separation, then divide between 6 – 8 glasses. Roughly half a cup of juice in each glass (depending on the size of your glass).
Step 3. Top the remainder of the glasses with the Susuro Octopus Prosecco. Then garnish with carrot sticks or kale and enjoy!
